Google made this video of my photos from yesterday. I did not direct Google to do this - Google just did it. Google is very smart. __________________ Google photos is free and part of gmail.com. If your cell phone is set up correctly every photo you take will automatically be uploaded to the Cloud and stored, forever I think, for free. From Google photos you can view your photos, print copies, email them to people, post them to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, or upload them to blogs. Google also takes a few photos and colorizes them or improves them. Similar process for videos. You can upload them to Youtube and then distribute the link. Very interesting and simple process.

The recent posting about the beach at Siesta Key, Florida reminded me of the writer John D. MacDonald, a longtime Siesta Key resident, and a wonderful writer. If you have not heard of him or read any of his dozens of books, you are in for a real treat. The books in the series featuring Travis McGee, with a color in each title, are real page turners.
