The amenities are solely for the use of unit owners at Waterfront of Main Street. Residents will enjoy unrestricted use of the beautiful on-site facilities.

Condo Fees, Rules, and Regulations

Waterfront’s condo fees are in the range of $619.00 per month. They cover the exterior building insurance, the community pool, grounds maintenance, building insurance, pest control, public insurance, maintenance of the recreation facilities, roof, security, water, sewer, and trash removal. The neighborhood is a Community Development District (CDD) community, therefore homeowners can expect to pay a CDD fee. This fee is the municipal financing borrowed by the developer for the construction of the community infrastructure such as water management, roadway improvements, landscaping, street lights, and parks. CDD communities make a commitment to maintaining the infrastructure. The fees are added to the yearly tax bill.
